If your application informs you that your license key file has been blocked, i.e.”black-listed”

  • Click OK and check the registration number of the added license key file.

If your applications informs you that "Key is in the black list", in this case you should purchase a licensed key file for your anti-virus application via the eStore or from Kaspersky Lab partners.

If you have purchased this key file legally, OR IF YOU ARE USING ANOTHER KEY FILE WHICH IS BLOCKED TOO, then to replace a key file we need information confirming licensed use of Kaspersky Lab product. Send all purchase information:

    • purchase place and date,
    • activation code or registration number,
    • license owner info,
    • key file (if possible) to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the web-form
  • If you already have a new license key (it might have the “Backup” status) then delete the active key (the backup key will be deleted together with the active one) and re-activate the license key file.

Information The product can be re-activated (if you have the activation code) by means of the product.

If any problems arise, please send us the following information: purchase place and date, activation code or registration number, license owner info, and your key file.

If you want to purchase legal version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus or prolong the license, contact Sales Department by phone (495) 797-87-00 or via e-mail onlinesales@kaspersky.com.
